REVIEW AND SWATCHES MAYBELLINE SUPERSTAY INK CRAYON

 



After Maybelline's super stay in Indonesia, it was quite a hit with its foundation and lip matte ink. Now Maybelline super stay is here with its newest lipstick, namely super stay Ink Crayon which is practical for everyday use. I am one of the regular users of lipstick crayons because they are easier to carry around and practical for touch ups. But sometimes the problem is that when the lipstick crayon has lost its original bullet shape, it becomes bulkier and less precise when used. Well, Maybelline superstay ink crayon is one of the answers to my problem when using a lipstick crayon, thanks to the pointy tip of the lipstick.

Still with the same design as Maybelline Super stay matte ink with a matte finish, all packaging colors are adjusted to the shade listed. In my opinion, it is very easy to check the shade we are going to use without having to open the packaging first. What I like, the color of the packaging and the color of the lipstick are exactly the same, there is no shift in the shade one level lighter or darker. Plek ketiplek color bullet lipstick with packaging. Unfortunately the numbering of the shade on the packaging is a bit too secretive.

if you want to buy Maybelline Ink Crayon products offline, the way to check the shade numbering listed on the plastic seal is to look at the shade number and name which are parallel to the barcode like the photo attached above. And if the seal has been opened, we can check the shade number on the white label which is located as above.




The formula from Maybelline Super Stay Ink Crayon is very very buttery, once applied it glides smoothly and not patchy at all. Another plus point of this product is the pretty good color pay off. Almost all the shades of the Maybelline Super Stay Ink Crayon Lipstick, once polished, can immediately cover the original color of my lips. Especially for lighter shades like 30, the coverage is medium but still build-able for layering on lips that are not too dark. As for the finish itself, I think it's more semi-matte and at the beginning of application before it sets, it's a bit shiny. So far it doesn't make lips patchy, especially for those who have rather deep lip surface lines.

When this product is applied, it smells a little soft vanilla, so I don't think it bothers me at all. In terms of comfort, this product is quite lightweight on the lips for a long-lasting lipstick. There is a bit of a sticky sensation when the product is set on the lips, but after that it's gone.
